Each result includes two sets of instructions: one for your meal and one for a companion pet meal made from safe ingredients. Combined ingredient quantities are shown with a paw print marker so you know exactly what to prep at once.
The app excludes ingredients known to be harmful to common pets — including onions, garlic, leeks, grapes, raisins, chocolate, xylitol, macadamia nuts, avocado, alcohol, and caffeine. The app will warn you if a human recipe ingredient is on this list and explain why it is excluded from the pet portion.
